Cenate is today proud to announce that the company has successfully scaled its manufacturing process for its new and unique silicon nano composites to the first commercial scale.
Nysnø Climate Investments has estimated the CO2 avoidance over a ten-year period from a 10,000 ton annual production of Cenate’s materials in their Avoided Emissions Assessment
Cenate is both proud and humble to announce that the company has won a 225 MNOK grant from Norway for its participation in an Important Project of Common European Interest. The grant will be used to fully industrialize the production processes for Cenate’s first products and to develop these new products further so that future EV batteries can become lighter, cleaner and smaller.
On Monday January 8, the Special Assistant to the U.S. President and Senior Director for Climate and Energy of the National Security Council, Sarah Ladislaw visited the Cenate pilot plant at Holtskogen, Norway.
In competition with all other companies in Norway within renewable energy and low emission transport technologies, Cenate was this weekend awarded a 18 MNOK R&D grant to further develop its advanced Silicon anode materials.
